DMG founded, primarily acting as a receivership for properties affected by the Savings and Loan Crisis.

Incorporated as DMG Management Inc.

DMG began providing real estate management services.

1990

Dana Hare, principal, was awarded the CPM® and ARM® designations by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Dana Hare acquired ownership of the company.

1996

DMG acquired and relocated their principal office to a newly constructed office condo development in NW Norman, which continues to be managed by DMG today.

DMG initiated management of multiple large Apartment Complexes in the greater OKC metro area.

After experiencing significant growth, DMG needed to move again to a new office. DMG was instrumental in developing this NW Norman office condo building, which the company still manages today.

Through strategic local partners, DMG was sought out and began assisting out-of-state investors in acquiring and managing properties revitalizing OKC's historic neighborhoods.

DMG Management Inc. adopted the trade name DMG Real Estate Services to better represent the additional services offered.

Robert Brannock joined the firm as a lead property manager. Robert has since been promoted to leadership position, overseeing the company's residential and HOA divisions.
